New and Revised Laboratory Requirements Related to Histocompatibility to Maintain Alignment with CMS
Effective January 1, 2025, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ has new and revised requirements in response to revisions to the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) regulations for laboratories. On December 28, 2023, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced a final rule that updates regulations for histocompatibility and personnel requirements. The regulations are effective December 28, 2024.
To address the regulation changes, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ updated all of its histocompatibility requirements.
