Leading the organization’s activities to improve outcomes for certain groups of people, including the elderly, racial/ethnic groups, pregnant women, Veterans, people living in rural communities, people with disabilities, those living in poverty, people with lower educational attainment, and other groups that may face barriers to high quality care. This may be an individual’s primary role or part of a broader set of responsibilities.
