About the Resource Center

The health care worker is the most important stakeholder in ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s mission to advance patient safety. We understand that many organizations struggle with addressing complex issues such workplace violence prevention, worker well-being, and worker safety. To help organizations in their efforts to promote workforce safety and well-being, we curated a collection of resources on each of these topic areas. Our goal is to provide health care leaders and staff with accessible tools and strategies to enhance the safety and well-being of their workforce.

National Efforts to Guide Actionable Change

National efforts and strategic affiliations play a pivotal role in supporting the healthcare workforce and driving change within healthcare systems. ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ supports several efforts that aim to accelerate improvements in worker safety and well-being. As a Change Maker for the National Academy of Medicine's Action Collaborative, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ joined the movement to institutionalize well-being as a core value. Additionally, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s alliance with OSHA provides healthcare workers with essential information and resources to protect the health and safety of the healthcare workforce.
